Cedarcrest occupied a19,000 square foot facility in Keene, NH. We were retained to analyze the entire facility, evaluate the needs for the future and identify areas needing improvement. We carried out a needs assessment and proposed a new master plan to allow the facility to grow into the next century. We then designed additions, renovations and new construction that bring the total facility size to approximately 30,000 square feet

The Cedarcrest Home is a 50-year old non-profit special care facility for children with multiple disabilities. 24-hour care is provided for 26 residents ranging in age from birth through 16-year olds. Skilled nursing, physical therapy, and education are provided in an individualized care setting.
