Summary: |

|
Assist
Principals and other Architects in the design phases and in the preparation
of construction documents, with limited administration and design/technical
support. Coordinate the work of consultants and of CADD Operators on multiple
commercial, institutional and residential projects. Prepare site evaluations
and existing conditions studies, develop potential design concepts and
project schedules. Participate in the design phase of projects. Prepare
specifications and construction cost estimates using company databases.
Perform construction submittal review and approval for institutional and
commercial construction projects to verify compliance with approved plans and
specifications, code and ADA requirements and corporate standards. Maintain
project-specific job records and correspondence files. Work with clients
under the supervision of one or more Principals. |

Job
Qualifications: |
|
|
|
Successful
applicant will be a graduate from an accredited school with course study in
architecture with a personal goal of professional registration. Must have a
working knowledge of AutoCAD 2002 or higher, ability to learn ADT 2004-dimensional
design software, and have Microsoft Office skills. Previous experience with
an architectural or construction firm REQUIRED. Demonstrated strength in
architectural design and knowledge of commercial construction a plus. |
