How We Work

Interiors Planning Architecture

Our approach to architectural practice seeks growth through referrals. Satisfied clients are our best source of work. To this end we are guided by four principles:

LISTEN AND LEARN

At the start of each project, we listen carefully. We know a successful design must suit the client's goals, budget and time objectives. We keep these in mind during the design phase, when we explore ways to transform these often-conflicting forces into a satisfying architectural solution. We work hard to give you the information you need to better understand the foundation for the choices we present, and to make the necessary decisions to keep the project moving forward efficiently.

SUPPLY THE RIGHT RESOURCES

We are one of the larger architectural firms in Southwestern New Hampshire; large enough to complete multiple and/or complex projects, yet small enough to ensure that all clients work with one or more of the principal design staff. The teams we create by joining with key consultants are formed to suit the needs of each client. By drawing upon each participant's special strengths we seek an individually tailored solution to your needs. Because we have both architectural, engineering and interior design skills within the firm, each project can benefit from informal peer review and consultation.

WORK WITH QUALITY IN MIND

Architectural design, to us, means more than just attractive renderings. It also means effective interior space planning that responds to client's needs. Good design means durable, well-constructed buildings that fit well into their settings, with careful consideration given to site issues of traffic, drainage, and universal accessibility.

CONDUCT BUSINESS EFFICIENTLY

We work hard so that we can deliver professional services efficiently. Continuing education and training is needed to stay current with rapidly changing standards of practice. We use the latest computer tools, and make frequent improvements to the software and hardware used in our Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) systems. This approach leads to better control of information among our engineering consultants, speedier job production, easier decision making, and a better product for the investment.
